I've recently taken a photograph of our building that I wanted to share with you all.

Recently, Takaki Automotive Corp. proudly sponsored Children's Division of the 4th Annual Ottawa Asian Hockey Classic.  They were so kind and put our name on their skate guards (Nicholas shows one off, pictured below).

Natto is high in protein, calcium, iron, and niacin and aide in the smooth functioning of the intestine.

1) Could I fall sleep easily at night?
2) Did I sleep though the night undisturbed ?
3) How quickly could I get going this morning?

This condiments help to break down protein and aid digestion.

This one is in soy sauce and also pickled, it is rich in enzyme and other vitamins.

Ingredients:

Burdock root, Carrot, Lotus root,

1-2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil or unrefined sesame oil

3-5 tbsp soy sauce

3-5 tbsp Japanese Sake

Quinoa is rather plain taste. Therefore it is easier to make it tastier as your desire. I would use Shiitake Mushroom, and saute in olive oil to make it my base taste.

It is a condiment and the mix of sesame seeds (preferably black one) and sea salt.
