Root vegetable miso soup

Miso Soup does boost immune functions and help digestive system. These root vegetables have strong energy that dig down to earth. They are known to help kidney, bladder, sexual organs, lower back, legs, knees and ankles.

I was told the following stories. In Nagasaki, where the second atomic bomb was dropped, the hospital where the victims stayed, no one died with atomic radiation poisoning. There main diet were brown rice and miso soup. This story tells me miso soup has powerful healing effect in it.

I uploaded two kind of miso soup here. You can put any thing in miso soup, adapt to your liking. You can use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil for sauteing vegetables.

Put the lid on for 5 - 7 minutes in low heat, this makes the burdock roots to become sweet.


Turn the heat to minimum, and add dry wakame, then puree the miso paste.

The following are second set of miso soup, similar ingredients.

Don't discard root of green onion. The root has diuretic effect and good for your kidney. The part between roots and stem is the most energetic part of vegetables, please don't waste them.
