Foot Bath is powerfull

The foot bath is very relaxing and comforting. I use it all the time, when I feel tired, or getting sick, a sore back, or any kind of discomfort, or just to relax.

The foot bath warms your body up for a long time.(8 hours or longer). When you take a hot bath or shower , your body will warm up and you feel warm. But your pores are wide open, so about half an hour or an hour later your body is not warm any more, because your body heat escape from your open pores. By the time your pores are closed, you are not warm anymore.

When you do Foot Bath, you may think you are warming up your feet only. The warm water warms up your whole body, from head to toes. The warm blood in your feet circulate all over. If you are in good blood circulation and young, it may takes15 minutes or so before start to perspire. When you are older, it will take at least half an hour or more. But the important thing is all of your pores are closed. This is very important. This method is warming up your body from inside out, not from outside to inside. This is the major differences.

The warm blood open your blood vessels wider, encourage better circulation, more oxygen all over the body and flush out old stagnant blood. The well oxygenated warm blood will clean out your entire body and wherever the problem will be taken care of.  If you have to get up a few times to washroom while you are sleeping at night, this foot bath will make you a sound sleep a whole night. It very effective. 

Addition to this, you can add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Epson salt to hot water will enhance effect.

If you have some inflammation issue then this foot bath is not a good idea.
