Vegan Multi Soup Base Powder
Vegan soup Base/ Umami increaser. I think it is excellent idea. I gathered the ingredients and made it in no time. "Umani (like sweet taste)" will increase by drying them from raw state. Shiitake mushroom is 8 times, tofu is 10 times and Daikon( Chinese white radish) is as much as 20 times sweeter and tastier. It is really easy to make and they are dried already, so it will last for long time. I tasted this powder, it is already delicious. I think this powder will be my best friend in the kitchen.
You can use it when you makeing soup, (put them in small bag like tea), or when you sautee vegetables, fried rice or noodle. You can mix into salada dressing, too.
