Supper Easy Bean Sprout
The bean sprout is supper easy to make. The enzyme inhibitor is neutralized, and starts germinating, so it is easier for digestive system and increase some nutrients.

Soak beans for 1 to 2 days.

Drain soak water, and put paper towel over the wet beans.

Twice a day, morning and evening, rinse the beans with clean water., and drain.

2-3 days later it is ready to eat. Use it for salads, or sauteing with other vegis, or add the flour and make patties and fry them.
This sprout, you don't have to worry for any additives, it is so natural. Please try to make them.
This is Mungo beans.
After 2 days soaking, it started to germinaze.
This is the second day of germination.
This is the 3rd day of gemination. I prefer the root length is 1 to 2 Cm long. I think it has more nutrients in them and taste more delicious.
This is Green Lentils. It is only 1/2 cup.
