Green onion condiments
This condiments help to break down protein and aid digestion.
This one is in soy sauce and also pickled, it is rich in enzyme and other vitamins.
You can use small amount on top of Tofu, rice or pasta. It should go with anything.
1) Chop Green onion, don't discard the root part. The root parts has strong energy.
2) Chop 1 or 2 hot pepper, use the seeds too.
3) Mix them and put in a jar.
4) Pour small amount of soy sauce.
5) Keep it in the refrigerator for at lease one day.
(If you are sensitive to spice then you can omit pepper.)
