Broken timing gear tooth.
This Siena came from other shop. They replace timing belt, water pump, etc. Engine started for a few second, then no more start. We had strip down the timing cover, but could not identify problem. After long careful investigation, we found the one tooth missing from the crank shaft timing gear. It was hard to find, because it looked like manufacturer have maiden that way. And also timing belt rotation was installed in wrong direction.
